Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
